When the lawn required mowing more frequently than once a week Tom would adjust his schedule accordingly.   He has not only cut our lawn on a dependable schedule, but has also dethatched, aerated and picked up all of the clippings.  In the fall, Tom has picked up all of our numerous leaves. Whenever it snows, Tom seems to arrive promptly after the snow has stopped, sometimes very early in the morning and cleared our driveway.
